Welcome to the Northern Vermont Youth Lacrosse League (NVTYLL) website, your source for information to make your lacrosse season a success. The website has been designed to assist coaches, parents, players, administrators, and officials find the information they need to stay informed. We hope you find it useful and would welcome your feedback as we look to improve the site as we move forward in time.
Due to the continued growth of the game in our region, it was determined that the creation of a Board of Directors was vital to the future success of the league. The Board's goals are to ensure that the league continues to support the growth of the game in an efficient manner. The Board determined that it would incorporate and file for 501(c)3 non-profit status which will provide long term benefits for the league and its members. The league by-laws and other documentation can be reviewed under the Administration link for those interested in learning more.

Important Dates MARCH 18, 2010
The NVTYLL Annual Membership Meeting is scheduled at 7:30 PM at the offices of Dwight Asset Management Company which is located at 100 Bank Street in Burlington. Every member organization is required to send at least one representative to this meeting in order to participate in the NVTYLL. Each member organization will need to come prepared with available dates to host weekend jamborees, and to inform the league of the teams participating for the 2010 season. Weekday game scheduling will be conducted for all levels: U11, U13, and U15. Please arrive on time!
MARCH 21, 2010
Youth Officials Clinic to be held at 3 PM followed by a Coaches Clinic at 4:30 PM to be held at the Fieldhouse in Shelburne. Please register with Woody Carrigan(officials@nvtyll.com) for the Officials Clinic and Mark Connors (secretary@nvtyll.com) for the Coaches Clinic. Last year's clinics were a success; this is a great opportunity to get together with fellow coaches for some great instruction from a few college coaches from the area.

High School Officials Clinic to be held at 9:00 AM at Hartford High School. Please register with Woody Carrigan (officials@nvtyll.com).
APRIL 15, 2010 Team Registration/Certification of Players documents and league dues ($300 for levels U15 and U13 only) deadline; there will be no extensions or exceptions granted to this deadline. Please note that all players (levels U15, U13, and U11) are required to be members of US Lacrosse, so get a jump on your registration process early! |
