A great day of lacrosse yesterday, and congratulations to the following winners:

This afternoon in one of the last U13 semi-final games of the day,  Burlington and Essex played their hearts out through 8 (yes eight!) overtimes!  Both goalies were sensational in net, making stop after stop, until one shot slipped past the Burlington goalie for a 6-5 Essex win.  Both teams are to be congratulated for playing in what will likely go down as one of the longest lacrosse games in history, certainly a record for the NVTYLL!!

The NVTYLL quarterfinals schedule has been posted under the Schedule link as a document and below, along with times for jamboree games.  Jamboree game team schedules will be available upon arrival in St. Albans at the snack bar area.

New Jamboree schedules have been posted effective 4/29 to reflect some location changes!!!

Unfortunately Dave Cone cannot lead the effort to take a team to the Youth Festival in Lake George, so we are in need of someone to step up and lead the charge if the NVTYLL is to be represented at this event.  Please contact Matt Gleason (president@nvtyll.com) if you are interested.

Check out the officials link on the website as there are two lists of contacts!!  Remember from the annual meeting, the league will support payment of two officials at the U15 level jamborees, although preference would be for a certified official to work with a non-certified official.

Coaches - the additional mouthguards from Timberlane Dental have finally arrived.  If you need additional mouthguards for the season, please contact Matt Gleason (president@nvtyll.com) to arrange a date, time, and place to pick them up.
