The schedule for the season with exact locations will be posted on or just after April 15th.
The following weekend's will have games so please plan accordingly for 2010: May 8, 15, 22, and 29 (Memorial Day weekend) for league jamborees and June 5&6 for the Big Jam in St. Albans. For 2010, it is likely that the league quarterfinals will be held at the Big Jam in St. Albans, with the semi-finals and finals potentially held the following weekend on June 12&13 at a location TBD.
Note: It is the responsibility of the coaches to reschedule games that get postponed due to weather. If for some reason the game(s) cannot be rescheduled prior to the playoffs, then no points will be awarded to those teams. U13/U15 NVTYLL Playoffs - [TBD for 2010]
The first two weeks of June will be busy and exciting! Here are the details for how each division will work:
U15
Since there are 17 teams, there will be a 'play-in' playoff game to be scheduled on Monday June 1st or Tuesday June 2nd; to be determined by the coaches of the two lowest seeded teams. Site will be at the higher seeded team, or elsewhere based on field availability and as determined by the coaches of that game.
The top four seeded teams in each division will represent one quarterfinal bracket while the bottom four seeded teams will represent the second quarterfinal bracket. Pairings for the quarterfinal games are as follows: #1 seed in Green Mountain Division will play #4 seed in Champlain Division, #2 will play #3, #3 will play #2, and #4 will play #1. The same methodology will occur for the second quarterfinal bracket. Quarterfinal games will be played in St. Albans at the Big Jam. U15s will also be participating in Big Jam games that weekend. Semi-final and Final championship games will be held the following weekend at a site TBD.
U13
