Team Registration

In order to register a team for the 2010 season the following must be submitted to the league by April 15, 2010:

  • NVTYLL Registration Form (link) for each team at all age levels

  • League Dues ($300.00) for U13 and U15 teams only

Please note that the NVTYLL Board of Directors has determined that all players across all levels must be registered with US Lacrosse in order to participate. Registration with US Lacrosse provides your players with insurance for practices and games, access to participate in US Lacrosse sponsored events, a subscription to Lacrosse magazine, and other money saving discounts. There will be NO extensions or exceptions granted for any organization, so please make sure you get a jump on the registration process to ensure participation in the league.

Each team will need to submit the registartion form with US Lacrosse numbers for each player as well as the Group ID for your town/organization - this should be the same ID for all teams in your town/organization.  The Group ID will facilitate confirmation of valid individual membership numbers and must be included on the form.  If you do not have a Group ID you can easily establish one on the US Lacrosse website under the registration page.

The NVTYLL Registration Form can be electronically sent to Mark Connors at secretary@nvtyll.com.  Checks for NVTYLL League Dues and hard copy of NVTYLL Registration Form (with signed Player Certification Statement) must also be mailed by April 15th to:

Please note the following for player registration:
  • No player can "play down" an age level for any reason - Please note the age requirements under the Rules & Policies page.
  • Waivers will be accepted for exceptional cases with approval of the NVTYLL Board.
  • The head coach is required to sign the age verification statement on the registration form.
  • The head coach must ensure that only registared players for that team particpiate in any league game.
  • Any changes to your team registration require that an updated reigstration form be submitted PRIOR to the player participating.
  • Players can "play up" an age level with the following considerations:
    • The player should be no more than one year younger than the stated age level and physically able to compete.
    • Players can participate in games at two age levels be must be on the registration form for both teams.
    • For the sake of competition and equal playing time, "playing up" should be limited to 3 players at each level.
